Encompass: Document Management provides a Microsoft Sharepoint®-based document management and collaboration solution that is tightly integrated with Prolog® securities. In addition to providing a central interface to access and manage documents from the Web, Encompass: Document Management also leverages Sharepoint's® version control and check-in / check-out capabilities. When used in conjunction with Encompass: Project Controls, users are also able to upload documents while creating and editing specific Prolog® records (such as PCO’s, Contract Invoices, RFI’s, etc.). The uploaded document(s) not only link to the Prolog Manager® record(s), but also automatically store the document in the document management system.
 
Utilizing Encompass: Document Management, users can upload, download, edit, collaborate on, and store such documents as:

  • Bid packages
